DAK’s Market is a small chain of convenience stores in Kansas, Texas and Oklahoma. They offer coffee, soft drinks, grab-and-go snacks, freshly made food, home essentials and gasoline, while prioritizing safety and cleanliness.
TouchStone Digital began working with DAK’s Market in April 2022 to support the brand’s launch and help with its expansion into new communities.
The first DAK’s Market opened in a competitive local market. So, it was especially important to establish strong brand awareness and attract new customers. They partnered with TouchStone Digital to boost their visibility and engage a broader audience.
We implemented a strategic plan to promote the original store and create awareness of the brand in other communities.
Our team claimed and optimized local listings on Google and Bing for each new store to verify information and improve visibility.
We updated the client’s website with new location pages to centralize essential store information and promote upcoming events.
We launched Meta ads to raise awareness of new store openings, promotions and the DAK’s Rewards program. Those campaigns continued after each new location opened to maintain brand awareness and highlight seasonal offers.
We paired paid advertising and organic social media strategy to support those campaigns on Facebook and Instagram. Social media content included “Coming Soon” announcements, grand opening invitations and event recaps to foster community engagement and boost the client’s online presence.
